Dark & Red - Wine Infused Dark Chocolate

THE LOW DOWN:

Red wine and dark chocolate: need we say more? This collaboration with Lancaster Wines from the Swan Valley in Western Australia has produced a dark chocolate with deliciously rich fruity flavours. Dark & Red is a 70% dark chocolate made using our house blend of cocoa beans to maximise the flavours of the red wine.

During the summer months Perth is basically the hottest place on earth (ok, that might be a slight exaggeration - but it's still bloody hot.) Not surprisingly chocolate and hot weather don't mix well. To deal with this we may need to delay shipping your order by a few days to avoid the worst of the heat. We also use insulated shipping packs to make sure your orders arrive in the best condition possible.
